I understand I am applying as an independent contractor and not an employee of Elite & Precision Services LLC.I understand that approval does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or number of assignments.I will not provide pricing or quotes directly to Elite & Precision clients unless authorized.I will not accept direct payment from Elite & Precision clients for assigned work.I will not solicit Elite & Precision clients for direct or future work outside of the company.Any additional work or change in scope requested by a client must be approved by Elite & Precision before work proceeds.I agree to maintain professional communication, appearance, and confidentiality while working on Elite & Precision projects.I understand payment is subject to completion of the agreed scope and quality expectations, and a temporary payment hold may apply when final inspection or return work is required.
